Through intentional design thinking, empathy and inquisitive practices we can build a participatory process which centers lived experience, identity, while building organizational and leadership capacity. I delight in creating spaces for bold conversations, inviting critical conflict into design, and building community across sectors. I have a lifetime of experience in the public sector including human services, higher education, public schools, criminal justice and employment & economic development. I am an intentional change agent who centers the experiences of community voices to further equitable systems change.
